wisps of cloud ......

sit high in the powder blue sky as I ponder the day ahead. A walk with Lola is always the first step of the day and leads me meandering across the hills soaking in the colours and smells of hot Summer days. How can you share all these things that fill your soul and warm the cockles of your heart ? I took my camera yesterday so follow me,  step this way, wellies not required as the grass is dry and the paths not muddy....

Lola  where have you been oh I see there were rabbits in the hedge and now you are hot......but we still have far to go..

Its over the golden hill and down the other side , through the wood and across the hay filled field before......

splash the cool shallow ripples of a stream cool a furry body and I confess some warm feet .....before home for a morsel of food whence the studio beckons.....

 

where notions of wind in the sails and time ticking slowly, tea to be drank fill the warm air. Things are piled high around me as a bijou space is all there is but its filled with inspiration and stories half told...bits of things yet to be created or that just remain as a remnant of something not quite known..... until another day begins a walk taken, a memory jogged and who knows what will unfold!
